COVID-19 Update - April

It's been a month since we had to close our clinics to all patients except emergencies.
One often dreamt to have more times in the garden, or to hike, bike or read without time pressures.
The time is here and now. It's important to embrace this era of global convalescence, to stop and breath.
It's a time to refocus our priorities and be thankful for what we have in our lives; our homes, family and friends.
It's also a great opportunity to keep your bodies limber and clean, inside and out. Eat more greens, fruits and less red meat, gluten and dairy.
Being mindful of moving daily, regulary, stretching and strengthening.
